From the distillery: Amber yellow colour; citrus and herbal aroma; smooth, gin based with soft bitter herb flavour and citrus finish.Using a base gin, a secret mixture of fruits and herbs are then blended in before being bottled. Pimm’s original purpose was to aid digestion.
